The Weymouth Civic Society AGM took place on Thursday 19 September 2024 in Hope Church, Weymouth. About 20 people attended.
The meeting included the usual business for an AGM
- Short address from the Chairman, Chris Moyle
- Report on Tudor House from Chris Wilson
- Report on Nothe Fort from James Farquharson
- Report from the Planning and Environment Committee by Graham Dewey
- Update on future meetings by Richard Burgess
- Report on the accounts from Keith Holdaway
Three existing board members were reelected: Graham Perry, Maxine Foster and James Farquharson.
Two co-opted members were elected: Richard Burgess and Andrew Knowles.
The AGM was followed by an informative presentation about Nothe Fort by the General Managers, Mary-Anne Edwards and Lucy Watkins.
